This lecture
consists of Part I and Part II. This is a study of trends in mortality by neighbourhood income. The objective was to determine if income-related differentials in mortality have diminished as expected since the introduction of publicly-funded universal health insurance in Canada in the early 1970s. I’m Russell Wilkins. My co-authors are Jean-Marie Berthelot and Edward Ng. We're all from the Health Analysis and Modeling Group at Statistics Canada. |
