• Expanded Vision : Expand use of telemedicine in the provision of care, training, and education so there is not difference in the health benefit or care rendered between a CONUS MTF and a Deployed Facility or a small CONUS MTF with little or no specialty care.

• Bottom line: IMPROVED QUALITY OF CARE IS A MUST. Telemedicine allows improved quality of care and saves scare personnel and financial resources.
