In all these we see the new paradigm emerging, the working together on problems rather than on specific programs.
On the level of hospitals, which one might think is a pure medical program. However, with the help of the International Healthy Cities Movement, they have worked with hospitals to be concerned both with heir neighborhood and with their cities. They direct people to the broader concerns with community.

The Association for Community Health Improvement, a part of HRET and the American Hospital Association is their prime work in the cities and community movement.
