If the Plan has its goal - "To improve Child Health" at the Project level this may be reflected in 3 Options:

A: Constructed and Maintained wells

B: Build a Health Centre

C: Employ an additional 10 Nurses

These three Options can then be examined using the matrix. The Weightings stay the same but the Score and Weighted Score will differ between the three Options.

It should then be possible to see the separate scores and choose the one which scores highest.

It also provides a Priority list.

The whole process is transparent and can be retrieved.
