The fourth issue of the annual journal Abgadiyat is a continuation of the BA’s mission to disseminate knowledge and make it available to all. This mission was especially manifested in this issue, which includes scientific research conducted, with the scientific quality distinguishing BA publications, by researchers from different scientific specialization. These issues pass through a process of accurate scientific scrutiny, linguistic review and scientific design reflecting the scientific content.
