The center organizes a lecture under the title of "Some Curious Greek and Latin Inscriptions from Egypt". The lecture will be given by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghani, on Tuesday 17th December 2013 at 12 to 2 PM at the BA Auditorium.

Within the framework of the ongoing collaboration between The Embassy of Greece and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Writing and Scripts Center is Celebrating the Closing Ceremony of the Ancient Greek Language; which was organized by the center, With the Presence of His Highness the Consul General of Greece Mr. Christos Capodistrias.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Antiquities, the Center organizes the “Ancient Languages and Writings Training Course”.

The Center organizes a lecture “Cultural and Decorative Importance of the  Inscriptions on the Andalusian Antiquities”  given by Prof. Kamal Anani, Professor of Islamic Antiquities, Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University.

The Center is organizing a new courses to teach  “Hieratic script” from 25/11/2013 : 26/12/2013.
