Abstract:
The new ICT, such as personal computers, cell phones, e-mail and the Internet, open up new opportunites for a wide range of small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs in developing countries. This manual serves to help entrepreneurs to get to know these new technologies and to understand how they could be applied in their enterprises. Meanwhile, they need to be aware that ICT do not only have advantages, but also come with a certain cost.
