Abstract:
IICD (International Institute for Communication and Development) has established networks in a number of developing countries to exchange experiences, both nationally and internationally. The two main objectives are to: (1) share information, knowledge, tools, methods, and lessons learned in relation to ICT for development in each country; (2) sensitization and influence of development policies and processes.
