Abstract:
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, more than 90 percent of children aged 3 to 6 years are not attending pre–school and there are only a handful of Roma children in pre–school. However, this elementary school has initiated a creative response to the need to provide early childhood development opportunities for the young children and families who are normally left out of the system.
