Abstract:
The 2007 report of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI) offers a comprehensive overview of the rapidly changing phenomenon of Open Educational Resources (OER) and the challenges it poses for higher education. We are glad to offer here some extracts of the Report to our readers.
