Abstract:
The ICT for Development (ICT4D) national networks focus on the role of Information and Communication Technology in accelerating development in various sectors. This brief describes the lessons learned from the IICD and Cordaid supported Tanzania Evangelical Lutheran Church Tanzania (ELCT) telemedicine project. It is intended for actors in the health area as well as for institutions implementing a similar project that would like to learn from this experience.
