Abstract:
This is annex 3 to the Oxfam Novib’s facilitators’ guide “Test your organization with the 12-boxes framework” that aims to support NGOs in self-assessing their response to HIV and AIDS in their workplace and in their work using a gender perspective. This version of the 12-boxes framework includes a key question in each box relating to HIV and AIDS, and examples of the factors that one should consider.
