Abstract:
This publication aims to give those new to the subject an overview of the technical background of aid delivery, bring to light what is expected of partner country parliamentarians as a result of their government’s commitment to the 2005 Paris Declaration and the 2008 Accra Agenda for Action (AAA), and open the doors for proactive parliamentarians to make a difference in effective aid delivery.
