Abstract:
Tis article is about the SAfAIDS Changing the River’s Flow (CTRF) Programme. This programme challenges gender dynamics in a cultural context to address HIV by reducing HIV incidence. The programme works through partnerships with 37 organisations in nine southern Africa countries. Zimbabwe), and seeks to address the interlinkages between gender-based violence (GBV), culture, women’s rights and HIV.
