Biography:

Dr. Majed A. A. Aldahdooh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Facilities and Construction Project Management at the International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM), Oman (affiliated with the University of Central Lancashire, UK). He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Gaza. With extensive academic, research, and consultancy experience across Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Palestine, his work focuses on sustainable and high-performance concrete, structural retrofitting and health monitoring, durability and transport properties, and optimization using Response Surface Methodology and machine learning. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate research, and his scholarly impact continues to grow; he is also active in academic service and events, having chaired international conferences such as ICEM-5VIURC 2024 and currently serving as Conference Chair of ICEMIR 2025.
