Biodiversity and sustainable agriculture

Sustainable agricultural practices are emerging as a win-win management tool for the safe and sound production of food, while not compromising environmental assets for current and future generations. It is crucial to conserve biodiversity and invest in nature-based solutions. Biodiversity can support efforts to reduce the negative impacts of climate change. Biodiversity benefits as well as agricultural production and supply chains to achieve net environmental impacts while achieving food and water security, and achieving climate goals.

Biodiversity can support efforts to reduce the negative impacts of climate change. It also helps to maintain healthy ecosystems and reduce the catastrophic effects of climate change.
