The Arab Forum of UNESCO Clubs held its third session on 21-23 October 2008 at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina to discuss its achievements and future plans for the year 2008/2009.
The general opening was attended by Rashid Ben Salama, Vice-President of the Arab federation of the UNESCO Clubs, as well as members of the Arab Federation of the UNESCO Clubs in the Arab world.
The meeting included a workshop for young scientists that gave them the opportunity to know how to develop the communication between all branches of the UNESCO Clubs in Arab countries.
It concluded with open discussions and proposed ideas on how to support the education in Arab countries and how to create an effective website for the UNESCO Clubs.
