The Calligraphy Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting a lecture under the title ‘Writing Methods in the Languages of the World’. Presented by Dr. Mohammad El Dale’a, Professor of Phonetics and Linguistics at the Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University, the lecture is an analysis of the different types of calligraphy throughout history, ever since the invention of writing. The lecture will be held in the Auditorium at the Entrance of the Library at 12:00 p.m.
