DIVERSITAS: A Workshop on Biodiversity

In an effort to increase environmental awareness on the theme of agriculture and biodiversity, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting a workshop organized by DIVERSITAS. The environmentally renowned organization is organizing this workshop to define its science agenda and launch a series of international activities on the theme of agriculture and biodiversity in Egypt.

The workshop will be composed of a mixture of group talks and discussion sessions. DIVERSITAS is an international global change programme dedicated to promoting biodiversity science. This program was established under the auspices of UNESCO and the ICSU (International Council for Science).
