“The National Strategic Plan for Urban Development in Egypt” is presented by Dr. Mohamed Fathy El-Baradei, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development. Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Head of the General Organization For Physical Planning (GOPP), will also participate in the seminar. His speech will be followed by an address by Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria and an open discussion with the public.
