Dr. Nader Fergany, Director of the Almishkat Center for Research and Training in Cairo and a Human Development Specialist, will be giving a seminar entitled The Future of Developmental Experiments in the Arab World. The seminar is organized by the Dialogue Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
