The Conference is held in cooperation between the BA, Ministry of Culture, and the Egyptian and the Arab Publisher Association, under the title “Knowledge Empowerment and Publishing Challenges”. It tackles themes related to the problems of publishing in the Arab World, authors rights, books and e-books.
