The BA Calligraphy Center holds the Award-Giving Ceremony of the Fourth Arabic Calligraphy Competition for the Students of Alexandria’s Schools on 18 December, marking the World Arabic Language Day-- the date on which the UN General Assembly designated Arabic as the sixth official language of the United Nations.
