The Dialogue Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, presents a seminar entitled "Women and Development: Between Cultural Heritage and Egyptian Reality." To speak about the current state of women in the Egyptian society, the Library hosts Dr. Samya El Sa'aty, Professor of Sociology, Ein Shams University. The seminar will mainly touch upon the effects of past cultural and social scopes on women's contemporary social status.
