The Dialogue Forum Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina hosts Former French Prime Minister Michel Rocard, to give a lecture entitled "America, Europe and Middle East", 16 June 2004. Monsieur Rocard will also speak at the Institute d'Egypte, one day before, giving a lecture entitled "The Construction of a New Europe."
