Throughout the month of October, the West Hall at the Conference Center of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina hosts the exhibition "Treasures of Arab – Byzantine Navigation." The exhibition presents pictures, maps and models on Arab - Byzantine navigation from the 7th Century to the 13th Century.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Friday 1 October 2004, at 7:00 pm. It will also be open to the public daily from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.
