The Arts Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting the Third International Summer Arts Festival, a program of musical concerts, theater plays and cultural activities from around the world, throughout the summer.
The Open-air Theater in the Library's Plaza presents 'On the Wings of Song', a Harp concert performed by Niveen Allouba and her musical group. The concert will start at 10:00 pm. Tickets: EGP5.
