The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) is hosting a seminar organized by the Cultural Dialogue Forum of The Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services. The seminar discusses the changes in Egypt, and it displays models for reform and development in Egypt and the world. It also sheds light on the main obstacles facing the mechanism of reform and how they affect the cultural, social, political and economic relation, and finally the ways to deal with these obstacles.

Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of BA, Mr. El-Sayed Yassin, Director of the Al-Ahram Centre for Political and Strategic Studies, and Dr. Mohamed Bayoumy, Vice President Alexandria University, are among the speakers.
