In celebration of the 2nd anniversary of the inauguration of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Arts Center is organizing and hosting a festival of artistic, musical and cultural presentations throughout the first two weeks of October.

As a finale to the festival, the Arts Center presents "Three Operas in an Hour" throughout the last three days of the festival. The play is adapted from three short stories by Egyptian novelist Youssef Edris, written by Sayed Hegab and composed and conducted by Sherif Mohie Eldin. The performance is directed by Mohamed Abou El Kheir.
