A lecture on special libraries and Kuwait’s experience, in cooperation with the National Library of Kuwait, will be given by Professor Abrar Ahmed Malek, the Kuwaiti researcher and historian, and Professor Ghadir Ibrahim El-Refai, from the Depository and Intellectual Property Rights Department at the National Library of Kuwait.
