The celebration will include the honoring of distinguished students from the Mohamed Ibrahim school of Arabic calligraphy and a display of their artwork. The most important issues pertaining to Arabic calligraphy and how it is taught will be discussed. The celebration will also include a discussion about creating a calligraphy tableau and gilding it.
