The conference will shed light on the relationship between Andalusian civilization and the city of Alexandria, and will be attended by Professor Mohamed Mehana, Sheikh Al-Azhar adviser and Head of the Academy of Sufism, Professor Sadik Abdelsalam, Vice President of Alexandria University, as well as Mr Jorge de Lucas Cadenas, Consul General of the Spanish Consulate in Alexandria, Dr. Ossama Elkaffash, Head of the Conference’s Academic Committee, Dr. Sherin Helmy, Vice President of Pharco Group and Dr. Pablo Beneito, Head of IBN ARABI-Latina Society and academic coordinator at the University of Murcia, Spain.
