The Arab Reform Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing a seminar on the issues of democracy where Dr. Osama El Ghazaly Harb, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Siyassa Al-Dawliyya magazine, will highlight issues on democracy and its effect on the development of nations.
