The Dialogue Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing a workshop on the development and empowerment of civil society organizations and citizens in order to improve the utilization of social capital. The workshop discusses ways to achieve the development goals of the Millennium Declaration, touching on the effect of poverty, solidarity and education on attaining economic and social security of citizens. In addition, it will explore women's health and empowerment within the framework of human rights, and how to promote participation of different society members in economic, political, and cultural reform.
