In honor of the world renowned Italian writer and director, Carlo Lizzani, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) is hosting a lecture, photo display and film screening, organized by Count Fredrico Wardal, President of the Italian Friends Association of the BA.
The lecture will feature HE Giuseppe Mannino, President of Rome's Town Council, who will shed light on the book Carlo Lizzani, followed by the screening of the film “Celluloide” directed by the Italian director.
The photo display comprises eight rare photos of Lizzani's cinema productions.
