The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting an Arab regional seminar on "New Tools for the Dissemination of Knowledge and the Promotion of Innovation and Creativity: global developments and regional Challenges ". The seminar is a follow up to the Arab Regional Dialogue on IPRs, Innovation and Sustainable Development organized by BA, The International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) and United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in June 2005.
