The Dialogue Forum, an affiliate to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, is organizing a seminar entitled the Unipolar World Between the Ancient and the Modern. Professor Gamal Hegr, Dean of Faculty of Art, Alexandria University, and  professor Mohamed EL Sayyed Abdel Ghany, Greek and Roman History Professor, Alexandria University, will be attending the seminar.
