The Dialogue Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing a workshop on the Algiers Congress under the name of “North-South Mediterranean Dialogue“. It is organized by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Arab Reform Forum and the Mediterranean Committee of the European Movement International. Its objective is to define together a vision for the future of our part of this world and to foster cooperation between civil society elements on both banks of the Mediterranean.
