On the 23rd of November 2006, TradeEgypt.com will be giving a free training session, at one of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina's halls, to approximately 110 members of the Industrial Modernization Center IMC (مركز تحديث الصناعة), headquarters in Alexandria. The training session will be on business-to-business export and marketing online and on the optimal use and navigation of the TradeEgypt.com as it is the largest business-to-business trade portal in Egypt.
TradeEgypt.com is created to facilitate the export of Egyptian products worldwide. In September 2005, TradeEgypt.com and the Industrial Modernization Center (IMC) signed a "Memorandum of Understanding" under the auspices of H.E. Eng. Rashid Mohammed Rashid, Minister of Foreign Trade and Industry, whereby IMC funded 85% of 1,000 IMC members' subscription fees in TradeEgypt.com. This has identified TradeEgypt.com as the official portal for the promotion and marketing of the Egyptian Industrial Sector to the global marketplace.
We believe that this training seminar will be of great benefit, particularly, to export companies because it will help train specialists to efficiently market and, therefore, sell Egyptian products worldwide.
