In pursuing its mandate as a catalyst of reform and through its Arab Reform Forum, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, is organizing the Fourth Arab Reform Conference under the theme: "Human Rights, Women, and Development". Following up on previous activities and milestones, the conference is a continuation of the BA’s efforts to raise public awareness of the most urgent human rights and development issues and gender-related concerns, highlighting the role of civil society and the existing efforts targeting the younger generation.
