The event takes place on the closing day of a two-part international training programme, Conservation & Management of Historic Buildings, sponsored by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. Dr. Mohamed Awad will be giving a presentation to the Twenty six participants from sixteen countries who met at Lund University in Sweden in September 2006. In this part of the programme, the participants present their individual work and visits of historic buildings in Cairo and Alexandria.
