ACCML'08 will discuss controversial issues of International Commercial Arbitration in search for uniform solutions that support its effectiveness. This event comes in time since it will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1958 New York Convention on enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, the cornerstone of international commercial arbitration worldwide.
ACCML'08 will be held under the auspices of the Arab Society for Commercial and Maritime Law, ASCML, in cooperation with the World Bank's Public Information Center, USA Indiana Law School, the law schools of both Alexandria & Cairo Universities and USAID.
