The German Archaeological Institute in Cairo, in partnership with the BA Writing and Scripts Center, organizes a 5-day workshop on “Archaeological Inscriptions: Method, Challenges and Aspirations,” from 21 to 25 October 2018. The workshop aims to introduce the key terms and definitions of inscriptions as well as its history, origin and development.
