It is a presentation and a workshop about "Listening Skills" inwhich the participants will learn how they can be "Active Listeners" through a presentation for means of communication, types of listening and the phases of active listening which is the best type of listening, the one that leads to better and effective communication and the participants will get to know that good listening will inevitably lead to good understanding.
