The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting ‘Translation, Globalization and the Crisis of Intellect’, a joint meeting between the Swedish Institute and the Egyptian PEN Club in Cairo. Attendance will include participants from Iraq, Morocco, Algeria, Syria, Tunis, Lebanon and Jordan as well as participants from the Nordic countries. The meeting will be wholly conducted in the Arabic language.
