The "Nobel Peace Prize" Exhibition

   The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting the “The Nobel Peace Prize”exhibition on 18th March 2004.

   The exhibition is divided into two parts. The first is a historical part where aselection of Nobel Peace Prize laureates is presented along with the backgroundexplaining how Alfred Nobel created and dedicated his prize. The second part isa photo exhibition titled “Figures de Paix” -- a collection by the Frenchphotographer Micheline Pelletier. Over the past thirty years, Pelletier hascollected quotes from Nobel Peace Prize laureates as well as their pictures andshort stories about their work and achievements.

   The exhibition will be held at theEntrance of the Library at 6:00 p.m.
