The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing its second International Book Fair under the title of “The Bibliotheca Alexandrina International Book Fair” from 16th to the 30th of March 2004. The Book Fair is allocating a special pavilion for children's books and published works. A substantial number of publishing and printing houses from Egypt, the Arab World and Europe are expected to participate.
Eva Wahlstrom,Swedish Gothenberg Public Library and expert in chidren's libraries, is organizing "Children's Books Pedagogically", a workshop on the use of children's literature. The workshop will include participation from children's books authors, publishers and teachers.
