ICOM holds its annual conference under the theme “A Common Engagement Towards Effective Communication” to discuss museum education as the core functions of a museum. The Conference is co-organized by the BA Antiquities Museum, ICOM’s two committees: Committee for Education and Cultural Action (CECA) and Committee for University Museums and Collections (UMAC), ICOM-Egypt, Alexandria University, Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities – Museum Sector, Centre d’etudes alexandrines (CEAlex), and Senghor University.
