The Dialogue Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina presents a seminar on "The Future of Scientific Research in Egypt." The Library hosts Dr. Mufid Shehab, Minister of High Education and Scientific Research in Egypt. Dr. Shehab will discuss future challenges and present obstacles to scientific research, as well as the best ways to acheive scientific advancement.
