In recognition of the "most exemplary contribution" in the field of Informaton and Communication Technologies (ICT), the Bibliotheca Alexandrina hosts the Petersburg Prize Jury Meeting. The ICT Department at the Library is hosting the meeting of the jury, which will decide to award the winner with a prize of Euro 100,000, for his role in the development of ICT in the last ten years.
